Horrible attitudes from staff and manager. At 4:35pm on Sunday 9/10. No ice in dining room. Fish was not fresh. Chicken nuggets not even warm. French fries tasted like from lunch time. Absolutely horrible experience. Will never return to this store and will be a long time before I trust another Mcdonalds order #65 KS2.
Contacting McDonald's corporate tomorrow and maybe the Hamilton county health department.
She took it back and I guess the kid freaked out. So she tells me they are going to remake it, I then said "are you sure you actually want anything from here?!?" She then says no, I'll get my money back. I heard the conversation then. They said " sorry that happened " and that was it!!
Some friendly staff when u go inside they are not worried about how long u wait as long as the deive thru and their timer is cleared. Mistakes all the time u definitely have to check your food before u leave or u may have to come back. Store manager is clueless.
Well they had no decaf coffee so they told her to pull forward. After almost ten minutes they bring it out. So all of the sudden she said " this has floaters in it" I assumed she meant coffee grounds as that's what she thought they were. Well then she says " this has to go back, it has bugs in it!!!"
Kind of an ugh moment at the register. Cashier had just rubbed his face with both hands, expressed his tiredness and then had his fingers Inside the beverage cups he handed out with our order. Just yucky.
So, I'm talking to my fiancé during this whole escapade.

Best McDonald's any where in Cicero. Fast.efficent, courteous. Have gone since day opened years ago never changes. I'm n Flordia now 2 yrs. ok. Back home holidays, just left McDonald's. Still all good.
