Justin at Hein Insurance Agency was so helpful and kind. He has all the right tools to make your quote the cheapest and save you money. He was able to check rates for several insurance companies and gave me several options for me to pick the best option for me and my family. I had called my previous insurance company Allstate a week prior to calling Justin and they told me I could only save money if I put a device on my car that feeds driving habits and mileage info to them as well as sign up for an e-policy. I didn't like that too much because that would take up to six months for discounts to kick in and the discounts weren't much if I went through all of that. Justin saved me over $50 a month on my car and renters insurance without having to put a device on my car and deal with an e-policy, AND my coverage is even better! I didn't hesitate to move my policies to Hein. Great customer service is rare and every dollar counts so I will be sticking around!
