I've lived in cicero for 5 years and order from dominos all of the time. I love that they are open late too. The pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend.
Lukus laughed in my face when we discovered I made a mistake online and switched it from delivery to carry out by mistake. He told me it was my fault and my pizza had been sitting there waiting for over 45mins. I asked if I could manage to get to the location if they could re make my order and he laughed again saying you place it for carry out, it’s already made. I called customer service and reported the incident. I have ordered so many times and love this location, but to be laughed out and disrespected, I will take my business elsewhere. One star for all the great staff and service from before.
I personally have had no Issues really worthy of mentioning (who cant complain about SOMETHING from ANYWHERE). However, I can see why- it seems theres a small staff of regulars, but most employees "rotate" in from other dominoes. they need to get some locals in to make it consistant. other than that- i've enjoyed every pizza i've gotten.-ps i live across the street and get carry-out to avoid the hassle.
i feel the dough even when requested to be well done. pan pizza with double cheese have paper thin layer of cheese. 50% off sales are also 50% off ingredients. never order when there is a sale...
The online ordering process is great. The online tracker shows them taking the pizza out and then I still wait for an hour on average before it shows up. Then when you call they answer and hang up on you. This is the 3rd time with this location. I'm just saying not big on my pizza sitting out for an hour.
