The people are great and friendly helpful and what you expect with a small town post office. but if you Have something being mailed to you that shouldn’t be bent send it through a private company not the government the mail carries while friendly and ki... I’ve order my diploma 3 times now and it says DO NOT BEND right on the hard card stock envelope and every time it’s bent in half in the box! (Not the first experience like this either)
Although living in Cicero requires you to go to the post office for your mail, I find it quite charming when I go in and the staff recognizes me by name. Great customer service and never any issues!
