Staff is friendly. The owner or manager works in the lobby and doesn't always seem to be in the best of moods.
Terrible service, 6 ppl behind counter, 4 fooling around, throwing things at each other, 1 new just standing holding 1 of our items ordered not knowing what to do, 1 girl working drive up, got 4 of our 5 items, waiting for 5th and stood at counter while staff continued to horse around, ask for mgr, she was 1 of the 4, told her I was waiting for my order, told me she didn't know, i said if she would have asked if I needed anything bc I stood at counter for over 5 mins waiting as I was only 1 left at counter by this time and she said sorry, walked away and started laughing with the staff again. Girl working drive up made my last item. I'm all for having fun while you work but obviously she was there only to have fun. 3 other customers were complaining too. Next time I will drive to Noblesville Dairy Queen!
Clean, updated Dairy Queen with plenty of indoor seating and a full meant. Friendly service and of course... That ice cream!
Food okay, service okay but sometimes slow, clean most of the time. Small staff.
How can a DQ not live up to 5 stars? I LOVE most DQ locations, but the one in Cicero has been stabbing me in the heart for 5+ years. It is the closest location to my home, so when I get a craving for a blizzard - this is where I go. However, they are terribly runny. The staff sometimes turn them over as they hand it to you, but they have to do so in a very careful & fast manner to avoid having it drip all over their hands. I don't know why they cannot seem to get it right. I don't know why I keep ordering them, lol.
