If I could rate less than one star I would. The person I talked to was very rude. And hung up on me while I was talking. The man Kept interupting me as I tried to tell him my reason for calling. After putting me on hold because the employee didn't know if their company bought used cars or not. Awful service and an overall negative experience for myself. I would not recommend this company if you wish to be treated with respect or decency.
2) Car had front bumper damage. They repaired the damage. Looked great when I picked it up. I went through a carwash... & a HOLE opened up on the top of the bumper where they patched it & had DRY fiberglass fibers coming out of it! This means they were cutting corners & didn't put enough resin on the fiberglass to get it wet... so it never set right. When I reached out to them... THEY WOULDN'T RETURN MY MESSAGES!

Called to get a wiper motor and assumed it was going to be pulled and ready, I was in a hurry and stressed that, they was rude from jump... I get there it's not even pulled, the man and woman who own the place are rude as all get out!! They talkes to me like I was stupid first off, second the woman was talking to me, which I though5 she was talking to the man standing next to her, then she looked at me and said "miss" and I answered "oh I'm sorry I didn't realize you were talking to me" her exact response so was "haha no I am talking to myself I'm that entertaining... We're just that funny around her, we run a comedian show around hwre".... I let all of that slide, I ended up having to pay for my part and leave because I ran out of time, I went back the following Monday after the weekend to get my part... I was shown it sitting on the floor, and then was going to ask a price for another part and when I turned around and said "sir what price would..... " and I'll be damned if everyone wasn't walking out the back door and I waited... Guess what? Nobody came back for about 5 minutes and by then I didn't care! That nigh5 I found out the part disnt fit my car, cool no big I called and asked of they could swap it with knee... The owner them got hateful with each thing he said, I picked up the new part and guess what?? Sure did not work!!! So I go back a 3rd time, and at this point was talked to like an idiot, however I'm a fear head so I'm not completely stupid! So I fought with them because they didn't have any other wiper motors, and wanted to give me in store credit.... Uh no you have 50 bucks of mine I need my money to get my part, don't need anything g WLSE for my car dude!! So was given a check to cash at their bank, was finally able to cash it... To set all that aside I called a few days later to thank them for refunding me, and to ask about s part for my sons father car.... Nope never again will I deal with them ever!!! They need their business taken and to never work with people again!! Do not I repeat DO NOT go to northside imports, take your business to rays out in amboy!!! Better service and your parts are guaranteed and I've not have a problem yet!!
Problem after problem after problem with the car I purchased from here. Be aware of the car you are choosing when buying from here.
Service is horrible, not willing to work with customers, would recommend absolute last resort for parts.... avoid at all cost
1) The car's wheel fender flare was loose - they promised to repair prior to purchase. When I picked up the car, it wasn't fixed. They said "we tried... its too cold, bring it back when it's warm & we'll fix for free". (I even got it in writing) Now that it's warmer & I'm trying to get it in for repair... THEY WON'T RETURN MESSAGES. SNAKES!
