The experience was horrible. Do not use this guys!! I purchased a vehicle from IAAI using them as a broker , everything was fine until I went to title the vehicle at the DMV . The DMV asked me to contact the bokers(them) for an invoice, when I called I spoke to a lady by the name Rachel , she was extremely rude and even hung up on me . Long story short I havent titled my vehicle and the DMV is holding my title hostage because of this guys. As if they havent done enough damage, they are giving me a run around when I contact them in regards to the issue. DO NOT USE THIS GUYS!!!THERE ARE OTHER REPUTABLE BROKERS YOU CAN FIND THAT WILL NOT SCREW YOU OVER!!
Use other brokers who are cheaper and do not lie. Worst place ever they raised their fees to $250 dollars a vehicle from their $100. I contacted them several times over the weekend to cancel my order and they refused to do so. They treat you like an idiot because they do not want to acknowledge that you cannot cancel an order on their website Even their FAQ doesn't have anything on their website about how to cancel a bid. I bought the car for $400 dollars and they want me to pay $250 dollars to get the title. I contacted them several times to talk to the manager but Rachel wont patch me through and they will hold your $1000 deposit. Do not use them as a broker there are others who are better and cheaper save your time and money.
Very very rude! Illegally and incorrectly towed my vehicle and damaged it. When i went to pick it up(for free since the tow was illegal) they were very hateful.
